In your work, or at home, you use your CD-ROM often, and have probably noticed that it´s not comfortable to open and close it from the Windows My PC. Doing it manually, from the actual hardware, is maybe even worse, especially if your PC isn´t readily accessible. HotKey CD-Eject lets you do it quickly and easily.



HotKey CD-Eject is a small tool that lets you open and close the CD-ROM, just by using a key combination, or even just a double click on the program icon. You can configure the keys you want to use for the shortcut, and once done you can always change it if you want. HotKey CD-Eject works with different CD-ROM drives at the same time, so you can configure it with different shortcuts depending on the drive you want to use.



At any time HotKey CD-Eject lets you know if the CD-ROM drive is busy, or if it is available, via an icon that changes colour depending on the case, without needing to open your drives.
